Anthony, Knicks and 13-game playoff skid

Carmelo Anthony scored a game-high 41 points as the Knicks beat the Heat 89-87 in the eastern conference quarterfinals. According to The Jersey Journal, 2012. The Associated Press)Anthony made a tiebreaking 3-pointer with 5.4 seconds left in the game. LeBron James scored 27 points for the Heat who will try to close Game 5. According to The Jersey Journal,, 2012. The Associated Press, Dwayne Wade shot set off the temptation where the crowd went crazy. Amare Stoudemire was playing with padding on his hand and still had a nice game. The Knicks still proceed with their injured key players. I believe the Knicks would have had a better chance of winning with their used to be starting point guard Jeremy Lin. It seems to me every since Jeremy left, Carmelo have been playing better. The Knicks also lost Baron Davis to a ACL injury. According to The Jersey Journal, 2012. The Associated Press, He was also a key player. The Knicks lost most of their main players during the playoffs which pushed them back in the game.
